Beyond the Classroom is a twelve module virtual enrichment program developed by Antwaun Thompson (Coach T®) through JLT Fieldhouse, Inc. and Coach T’s Corner®. Rooted in nearly 40 years of coaching and mentoring experience, it equips middle and high school students with the personal development, leadership, and essential life skills that grades alone can never measure but that real life demands from every young person who enters it.
From communication and confidence to accountability, goal setting, time management, healthy boundaries, character building, and the relationship skills that carry a young person into adulthood, each of the 12 modules is delivered through a hybrid format combining recorded video lessons led personally by Coach T® with live virtual coaching and Q&A sessions.
Delivery is live and personal. Every enrolled student joins online classes and group coaching sessions with Coach T®, with one on one coaching available for families who want it, all of it built on the personal awareness and self awareness that preteens and teens need before leadership means anything.

Questions parents and educators ask
Is it live or recorded?
Both. Every module includes a recorded video lesson taught by Coach T®, plus live virtual Q&A and group coaching sessions.
How much time does my student need each week?
About one hour a week.
What if my student misses a live session?
Live sessions are recorded, so a student who misses one can watch the recording.
What technology do we need?
A computer or tablet with internet access and a web browser. Live sessions join through a standard video link.
How do the two tracks differ?
The Middle School track (grades 6 to 8) builds foundational life skills with age appropriate challenges and guided reflection. The High School track (grades 9 to 12) adds critical thinking, personal creed writing, 90 day goal blueprints, and college and career readiness.
Is this accredited? Does it count for school credit?
No. Beyond the Classroom is an enrichment program, not an accredited course, so it does not carry school credit. Students who complete all twelve modules receive a Certificate of Completion.
Is this a religious program?
No. Beyond the Classroom is not a religious program. It is open to every student and family.
How do scholarships work?
Scholarships and payment plans are available for families. Apply through the scholarship application and we’ll follow up. No teen is ever turned away for financial reasons.
Beyond the Classroom × LifeStream Digital
The first official partnership to come out of The Village of Inspiration (VOI), because growth that isn’t captured tends to evaporate.
Beyond the Classroom gives every student a Reflection Journal built into the program. LifeStream Digital gives students a digital portfolio that carries that growth forward, into college applications, scholarships, and career opportunities. Different tools, same conviction: the work a young person puts into becoming who they are deserves to be documented, not just felt.
The partnership grew the way the best ones do, through a mutual introduction, an honest conversation on Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders, and a genuine friendship that made the collaboration feel less like a decision and more like the natural next step.
