I have never met an average kid.

I have met young people who were bored, or discouraged, or quietly carrying something heavy they had not told anybody about yet. I have met parents doing everything right and still lying awake at night wondering whether any of it is landing. In nearly four decades of coaching I have watched what happens when a young person finally gets somebody in their corner who is consistent, honest, and unwilling to give up on them. It changes them. Every single time.

That is what these packages are. Not a course your child clicks through alone, and not a lecture series about how to be a better teenager. This is real time with me. We set goals your child actually believes in, we build the habits that carry those goals, and we keep showing up until the growth belongs to them and not to me.
